This position is ideal for the ambitious types, work-at-home tech savvy moms and dads, the mobility challenged, millennial's, and displaced workers of all kinds who love using their computer and social media to reach out to others while building an online social community. It is also ideal for the ambitious sales-oriented types who aren't afraid to pick up the phone or contact a business owner or client about an opportunity.
This position involves sales & marketing of various referral-fee-based programs that we acquire from time-to-time and then make available to our clients and members to both utilize for themselves AND to earn generous referral fees for sending business our way. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving referral leads to our growing inventory of unique products and service vendors in exchange for a direct sales commission. You might choose to use any variety of prospecting techniques including walk-in sales calls to a business; telephone warm referral or cold calling; online social media marketing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.; or another technique of your choosing.
Teaching and training is provided in most cases by us and/or by the third-party vendor. Some examples of the products & services that can be referred include the following: (click each item link for details about each opportunity)

PRIME OPPORTUNITY! The Covid19 ERC stimulus or Employee Retention Credit program: until April 15, 2025, refer a US-based business client with 5 - 500 employees who we successfully refer to our vendor, and who ultimately receives an ERC rebate from the IRS, and you will earn a minimum referral fee of $500 to a maximum of 3% of the money received by the client. For example, a typical employer might receive a Covid19 ERC tax rebate of $10,000 - $26,000 per employee. An average business of 100 employees can expect a tax refund of $1.0 - 2.6 Million USD. Your referral fee would range from $30,000 - $78,000 USD.

our online Personal Financial Overviews: refer a client who purchases a 2-hr Personal Financial Review at $199 and you will earn a $50 referral fee.

precious metals: connect us with a client who makes a precious metals purchase and you will be paid a set fee based on the total value of the purchase and our retail margin. For privacy and confidentiality reasons, you will not know which client or the percentage that the referral fee earned was based on. As an example, a client making a $100,000 RRSP transfer to precious metals might pay you a one-time $1000-$2000 referral fee.

Suggested Experience
A basic understanding of marketing, business, financial terminology, investment concepts, or industry specific knowledge; a large social media following; telephone or corporate sales experience; and some experience with digital marketing techniques would be considered assets but are not required.
As an RP or Referral Partner, you will share directly in the net referral fees we earn from the vendor for each referred sale by earning a direct sales commission percentage on all referred business from your coded link in perpetuity, for as long as you are an active RP in good standing. Your personal independent consulting sales success will contribute to the overall success of The Wealth Coaches.
