2. Pick your desired language and Country from the drop-down list.

3. Select Customer Enrollment.

4. Scroll down the product list to Legal Services to select one of the four options as suitable for you.

• Toll-free phone consultations with your Legal Provider for any personal legal matter excluding pre-existing conditions.

Telephone Calls & Letters

• One or more phone calls or letters on a Legal Provider’s letterhead can help you get the results you need.

Contract and Document Review

• Your Legal Provider will review up to twenty (20) documents in a year and up to six (6) in any month. Documents may be up to fifteen (15) consecutive pages each.

• You must be named as a contracting party on personal legal documents to be reviewed. Legal documents do not include documents prepared for a court proceeding.

Debt Collection Letters

• Up to five separate initial collection letters per month.

Defense Services

• Consultation if you are named defendant or respondent in a Civil or Small Claims suit.

• Drafting of all Small Claims Court Pleadings (filing fees are not included).

• Consultation for Summary Criminal Offences.

• Will review suits brought against you and give you counsel on how to proceed. Does not include in court representation.

• Certain exceptions and exclusions may apply.

Transfer the data content from this app to a USB provided and submit to your lawyer to execute your Will effortlessly.

Preferred Member Discount

• Up to 25% off additional legal services. You may continue to use your Legal Provider can refer you to a Lawyer for legal situations that extend beyond plan coverage. The additional services could be up to 25% off the law firm’s standard hourly rates. Your Legal Provider will let you know when the 25% discount applies, and go over these fees with you.

Additional Upgrades and Exclusions

Additional Information:

• Legal Provider may be prevented by ethical rules from presenting a claim, defense, or legal position that the law firm believes to be frivolous or without merit. It is up to the Legal Provider’s professional judgment as to whether or not your claim, defense or legal position may prevail in court or is frivolous or without merit. Emergency services are subject to conditions imposed by the detaining/questioning authority. Situations involving business-related matters are not covered by this membership. Fines, court costs, filing fees, ad litem fees, penalties, expert witness fees, bonds, bail bonds and any out-of- pocket expense are not covered by this membership. Any person or entity who initiates or participates in a lawsuit against the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, or is named as a defendant or respondent in a lawsuit initiated by the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, shall be specifically excluded from receiving any of the legal services provided by the membership, during the pendency of such lawsuit or until its resolution. Matters, issues, consultations, actions, proceedings, or disputes between a member and the Legal Provider or the member and the Company are excluded from this membership. Any matter which the Legal Provider determines is resolved or has been raised an unreasonable number of times without substantial change of circumstance will no longer be serviced under the membership. Any matters which are covered by any insurance policy are excluded from coverage. Charge of tax fraud or income tax evasions are excluded.

Motor Vehicle Services:

• You are responsible for any fines and court costs. Pre-existing conditions, charges of DUI/DWI related matters, drug related matters, hit-and-run related charges, issues involving commercial vehicles and unmeritorious cases are excluded. Traffic tickets must be submitted to the Legal Provider at least five working days prior to the appearance date to receive Motor Vehicle Related Services.

Defense Services:

• Defense Services are limited to advice and counsel, and does not include court room appearances, which may be obtained at up to a 25% discount rate.

Family Plan Details

The following provides a general overview of what our Legal Plan offers you and your family.

Who the Family Legal Plan Covers

• The member.

• The member’s spouse.

• Never-married dependent children of the member or member’s spouse, under 26 years of age who are permanent residents of the member’s household or full-time students.

• Dependent children under age 18 for whom the member or member’s spouse is legal guardian.

• Any dependent child, regardless of age, who is physically disabled or mentally incapacitated and unable to make legally binding decisions, unable to be employed, 51% or more financially dependent upon the member and member’s spouse and lives at home with the member or member’s spouse.

• Spouse shall mean any person who the member is legally married to and/or cohabitating with.

Eligibility

• Not publicly traded.

• Must have 10 or fewer employees.

• Non-profit or associations are not eligible.

Additional Benefits

Preferred Discount

• Up to 25% off additional legal services, litigation representation and other legal work within your business state is available at up to a 25% discount from the Lawyer’s corporate hourly rate. Your Legal Provider will let you know when the discount applies and go over these fees with you. In some cases, a retainer fee may also be required before representation begins; and a separate engagement agreement with the Legal Provider will be required. The following are covered only under your discount:

• Claims or charges relating to workers compensation, inquiries or actions by a government agency, bankruptcy or alcohol, drugs, substance abuse, chemical abuse or dependency.

• Litigation, regardless of the filing date of the lawsuit.

• Garnishment, attachment, or any other post judgment relief action.

• Any claim or charge where the business has access to an insurance policy.

Additional Information

The member shall designate, in writing, up to two spokespersons to communicate with the Legal Provider. These spokespersons must have the ability to bind the member. It is up to the Legal Provider’s professional judgment as to whether or not your claim, defense or legal position will prevail in court or is frivolous/without merit.
